In the marine components sector, precise management of product data and rapid catalog publication are essential for supporting an international sales network.

For Opacmare, Software House Cosmobile developed a new website featuring a digital product catalog, integrated with the Categora PIM and a catalog automation system.

The project has made it possible to improve access to product information, centralize data, and automate the production of the company catalog.

The new website is dedicated to showcasing Opacmare marine components and includes a specific section for outdoor and indoor furnishings intended for: the marine sector, hospitality, and private residences. The platform allows users to browse the product catalog directly online, improving access to technical and commercial information.

Store Locator

A Store Locator has also been integrated, making it easy to find Opacmare retailers worldwide, facilitating contact with the international distribution network.

Product catalog with Catalog Automation

One of the central elements of the project is the creation of the Opacmare product catalog, comprising over 300 items.

The catalog was generated using the automatic layout tool in the Categora PIM, which allows layouts to be created directly from product data.

Thanks to the centralization of information in the PIM, it is possible to:

• Generate catalogs automatically

• Keep content consistently up-to-date

• Quickly update product information

This approach drastically reduces manual tasks and ensures greater precision in content management.

Catalogs produced with Categora are integrated directly into the company website and are also available as downloadable PDFs.

This allows customers, distributors, and industry professionals to easily access product information at any time.
